Position: Ticketer/Receiver Location: Edmonton, Alberta Reports to: Distribution Manager Main Responsibilities: Provide service to our customers (i.e. our retail stores and sales associates) in a cooperative and professional manner. Fostering a feeling of confidence and trust in dealings with all staff and customers. Accurate receipt of merchandise. Verification of packing slips to manual receipts ensuring quantities balance, styles agree and discrepancies concerning styles and colors are noted for further investigation. Advise supervisors of any damaged merchandise. Responsible for correct and accurate ticketing of merchandise. Responsible for accurate placement of merchandise for store destinations.
