In collaboration with @BarClementine, it's our pleasure to Present "The Singer" by Clementine. The bright, boozy and decadent cocktail is herbaceous and complex which captures our FW22 mood. Clementine's commitment to detail, quality craftsmanship, and hospitable establishment make for one of our favorite locations in Edmonton to experience a cocktail.

The Singer
1.5oz Bourbon
.5 oz amaro Averna
.5oz Green Chartreuse
25oz cinnamon syrup
2 dashes ango bitters
Stir all ingredients, pour over king cube and garnish with orange twist
