We will gladly accept returns of online regular priced purchases within 14 days of you receiving your shipment. Merchandise may be returned provided it is in unworn condition with all original receipts, tags and packaging in place. Henry Singer will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.
Sale purchases discounted less than 50% off may be returned within seven days of receiving your on line purchase. Items discounted 50% or greater are a final sale. All TAKE20 sale items are considered a final sale. We are unable to provide price adjustments on previously purchased items.

Can I exchange my purchase?
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour we request that you return the original item and purchase your new selection online or in store at www.henrysinger/locations.
We are happy to provide complementary expedited shipping via Canada Post for all orders over $200 before taxes. For orders under the prescribed amount, there is a nominal charge added to your order.
Should you wish to pick up your order in one of our stores, please select Free Pickup In- Store for your preferred location during the check out process.
We currently only ship within Canada and do not offer shipping on international orders.
Tracking your Order
You may expect your order in 2-7 business days, excluding holidays, for orders placed before 2 pm MST. Should there be any consolidation delays or inability to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our Customer Service Representatives.
Once your order has been packed and despatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number with Canada Post, so you may stay up to date on the status of your order's delivery.
