We will gladly accept returns of regular priced purchases within 14 days of your in-store purchase, or 14 days of you receiving your shipment confirmation/pickup in-store email from an online order. Merchandise may be returned provided it is in unworn condition with all original receipts, tags and packaging in place. Henry Singer will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.
All USA and international orders are FINAL SALE. We are not responsible for any custom or duties charges that may be enforced by the destination’s country.
Please note that Under Garments and Swimwear are all considered Final Sales, and may not be returned or exchanged after purchase.
Sale purchases discounted less than 50% off may be returned within seven days of your in-store purchase, or with seven days of receiving your online purchase. Items discounted 50% or greater are a final sale. All TAKE20 sale items are considered a final sale. We are unable to provide price adjustments on previously purchased items.
Alterations extra on all sale price merchandise discounted 40% or more.
We are happy to provide complementary expedited shipping via Canada Post for all orders over $200 before taxes. For orders under the prescribed amount, there is a nominal charge added to your order.
Should you wish to pick up your order in one of our stores, please select Free Pickup In- Store option for your preferred location during the check out process.
We currently only ship within Canada/USA and United Kingdom (some exceptions may apply).
Tracking your Order
You may expect your order in 2-14 business days, excluding holidays, for orders placed before 2 pm MST. Should there be any consolidation delays or inability to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our Online Specialist.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include a tracking number with Canada Post, so you may stay up to date on the status of your order's delivery.
