Returns
- We will gladly accept returns of regular priced purchases within 14 days of your in-store purchase, or 14 days of you receiving your shipment confirmation/pickup in-store email from an online order. Merchandise may be returned provided it is in unworn condition with all original receipts, tags and packaging in place. Henry Singer will process a refund in the original payment tender upon receipt of the returned physical garment.

  Can I exchange my purchase?

Delivery
- We are happy to provide complementary expedited shipping via Canada Post for all orders over $200 before taxes. For orders under the prescribed amount, there is a nominal charge added to your order.
  
  Should you wish to pick up your order in one of our stores, please select Free Pickup In- Store option for your preferred location during the check out process.
  
  International Shipping
  
  We currently only ship within Canada/USA and United Kingdom (some exceptions may apply).
  
  Tracking your Order
  
  You may expect your order in 2-14 business days, excluding holidays, for orders placed before 2 pm MST. Should there be any consolidation delays or inability to fulfill your order, you will be contacted directly by one of our Online Specialist.
